A mascot is a symbolic creature of the football clubs. They’re often the beloved characters found at the home stadium. And one like Palmerin is no exception.
Furthermore, it’s also a great companion on digital platforms if used wisely. As the world celebrates World Tree Day amid the increasing fear of climate change, we took the chance to introduce Palmerin, the mascot for Real Betis.
Palmerin has been motived by the many palm trees around the streets of Benito Villamarín, where its stadium is located at. No mascot other than Palmerin would have better celebrated World Tree Day.
